Draft Edit of Digipack

This is the draft edit of our digpack cover, we wanted it to look very simple but edgy and i believe we have accomplished this with the editing we made to the pictures and font. The writing and colours coordinate with each other and with the magazine advert. The images are also pictures we have taken ourselves of the St Raymond in various locations which adds to the authenticity of the digpack.

Draft edit of Magazine

This is my first draft of my Magazine cover, i am extremely happy with how it's come out. It's eye-catching but simple at the same time which is how both I and daisy wanted it. We have used the same font as the dig-pack to create consistency, we have also used the same effect on '"A spellbinding albums" NME 7/10"' as we used for the track list for the album. We have also taken inspiration from other magazines adverts such has;

within our initial designs for our advert we originally was going to have it portrait making it easier to be placed within a magazine, however after seeing a variety of example magazine adverts in landscape both myself and daisy preferred them. They looked a lot more creative and eye catching to readers as they had the smaller working space making only the really important information of the band stand out more. Our advert will be placed in a magazine with another advert underneath to save costs for distributes.
